Headquartered in Colorado Springs, Southern Concepts Restaurant Group, Inc. (OTCQB: RIBS) (“SCRG” or the “Company”) is a rapidly growing restaurant holding company whose core competency resides in operating successful, award-winning barbecue restaurants. Southern Concepts Restaurant Group owns and manages three full-service Southern Hospitality restaurants in the Colorado Market, and introduced Carve Barbecue, a fast casual barbecue concept, in November 2015.

Southern Hospitality

The Southern Hospitality Restaurant and Bar concept was co-created by Eytan Sugarman, Justin Timberlake, and Trace Eyala in New York City’s Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood. Southern Hospitality’s mission is to provide guests with fresh, high quality, Memphis-style barbecue, complimented by a wide array of popular micro-brews, handcrafted cocktails, and bourbons, and served in a hip and high energy environment.
